Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Vyoohoo collects, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It applies to the Vyoohoo iOS app and related services during TestFlight and after public launch.

Who we are

Vyoohoo is a live video marketplace. Customers call independent experts for paid, minute-based consultations. The first category is beauty; the same product may later include other skills.

What we collect

• Account data: email, display name, optional profile photo, and 18+ confirmation
• Expert application data: legal name, bio, skills, optional social links, requested rate
• Call metadata: who, when, duration, topic, ratings
• Payment data via Stripe (we do not store full card numbers)
• Device push tokens for incoming calls and availability alerts

Video and audio

Live video and audio go through our video provider (Daily) only for the duration of the consultation. We do not record calls and do not keep a copy of the live stream after it ends.

Who we share with

Supabase (accounts and records), Stripe (payments and expert payouts), Daily (live video), Expo / Apple push (notifications), and Resend (admin application email). We do not sell personal information.

Deletion

Delete your account in the app (Account → Delete account). Financial records may be retained as required by law and payment processors.

Children

Vyoohoo is for people 18 and older only.
